Kshitiz Nayyar’s journey into enterprise transformation began with a global perspective. Originally from India, he moved to the United Kingdom to pursue his MBA at the University of Wales, Cardiff, where his research on the “Effectiveness of CRM in Indian Call Centers” explored how technology can reshape customer experience at scale.

That early work became the foundation of a career focused on one mission: using automation and intelligent systems to eliminate operational friction and unlock business value.

Now based in Toronto, Canada, Kshitiz is the Founder and Director of KNAYYAR INC., a digital and automation consulting firm helping organizations modernize operations, accelerate delivery, and build future-ready products through RPA, AI-driven workflows, and product-led transformation.

With professional credentials including PMP, CSPO®️, Certified Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Six Sigma White Belt, Kshitiz operates at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. His hybrid expertise across Agile and Waterfall delivery models enables him to translate executive vision into measurable outcomes—faster releases, lower operational cost, and scalable digital platforms.
